SEO Manager

We are looking for an SEO Manager to work with our main Marketing team under supervisor guidance. In this role, you will be an integral part of a small, dynamic team, working collaboratively to advance our SEO results.

Duties:

   

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective SEO strategies across diverse clients and industries.
• Keyword Research: Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify target keywords and understand search intent.
• Trend Tracking: Keep up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes.
• Team Collaboration: Work with web developers and content creators to ensure websites are optimized for SEO.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on SEO performance metrics, including keyword rankings, website traffic, and conversions.
• Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of 2 SEO/Content specialists.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3+ years in SEO with a successful track record of improving website traffic and organic search rankings.
• SEO Expertise: Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, including on-page and technical SEO.
• Analytical Ability: Excellent skills in interpreting website traffic data.
• Tool Proficiency: Experience with keyword research tools and SEO software.
• Communication: Outstanding communication and collaboration skills.
• Leadership: Ability to manage and develop a team with confidence.
• Passion for SEO: A strong passion for digital marketing and an understanding of the constantly evolving SEO landscape.
