Sales Assistant

We are looking for a Sales Assistant to accept and process deliveries. Sales Assistant duties include processing orders, selling, restocking and merchandising. The goal is to provide high class customer service and to increase company’s growth and revenue through sales maximization. We are currently seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Sales Assistant professional, with the added flexibility of working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

    Customer Engagement: Assist customers in selecting their dream classic car from our meticulously curated collection, providing detailed information about vehicle specifications, history, and features.
    Sales Support: Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including maintaining customer databases, preparing sales documents, and managing follow-ups.
    Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our classic car inventory to provide accurate and compelling information to potential buyers.
    Event Participation: Represent Elite Classic Motors INC at virtual sales events, webinars, and promotional activities to showcase our classic cars and attract new customers.
    Customer Experience: Ensure an exceptional and personalized customer experience throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to post-sale support.
    Market Research: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
    Process Orders and Payments: Participate in sales and support the sales team with local and global order processing.

Qualifications:

    Strong passion for classic cars and automotive history.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Proven experience in sales or customer service roles.
    Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
    Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and virtual communication tools.
